I was a clerk in the orderly room (117th Trans Co) in both Saigon and later in Cat Lai as a PFC, SP4, SP5. After Vietnam I got out of the army but ended up going back in and staying for 26-years AD and retired in 1990; spent a total of 14 years of that at various oversea assignments; retired as a MSG.
