My wife and I just recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and I am expecting my first great-grandson in mid-September. On a sadder note, on June 27, 2000 we lost our youngest granddaughter, Becky, in a tragic auto accident. She was just 15 years of age.
I retired several years ago from my job as Superintendent of Bethel-Tate Local Schools. They recently renamed the Bethel-Tate Elementary School, "William Bick Elementary" to honor my achievements as superintendent. Now I mow and garden, a lot.
