Clarence Goethe (Civilian)

Gender: Female
Hometown: Bluffton, South Carolina
Military Status: Veteran
About Me:
Daddy retired to his home town, Bluffton, SC, and quickly grew bored with retirement. He soon took a Civil Service job at nearby Beaufort MCAS, from which he retired with an additional 15 years of service. By then, he was ready to slow down and spent the rest of his life farming (his only hobby) with his brother...vegetable gardens, raising hogs, chickens, ducks, a few cows, a couple of donkeys, and plenty of dogs!

Daddy lost his battle with lung cancer on September 22, 1995, but will forever live on in the hearts and memories of all those whose lives he touched.

Thank you for the opportunity to memorialize my father.
