On October 02, 1999, I married my highschool sweetheart, Olina Russell, back home in Richland, WA. She joined me in North Carolina a couple weeks later on Halloween, 99.
Graduated from OSUT Military Police school at Fort McClellan, AL, B CO 787th MP BN, as 2d platoon's honor graduate, on 18JUN99. I went directly from there to Fort Benning, GA for airborne school. I graduated from B CO, 507th PIR, on 09JUL99. Near the end of July 99, I came to Fort Bragg, NC, and was assigned to the 82d MP CO, 82d ABN DIV. On 20October99, I was awarded an AAM for my performance during a JRTC Rotation to Fort Polk, LA. On 01NOV99, I was promoted to Private First Class. As of 18MAR00, I have 12 jumps. I might be a cherry, but at least I'm not a leg.
