Posted by Mark Dunbar on 12/29/2007 10:51am Looking for old members of this unit. In particular David Holt (Cherokee looking man and about 6' 2" tall). This unit was predominantely black american servicemen based in a village called Whitland in Wales, U.K. This was during WW2 , around 1943-1944. If anyone knows someone that used to be in this unit or recognises this unit please get in touch. I am trying to trace my Grandfather. My father died in Sept this year and left me very little to follow-up on. |
