Hildebrand in W. Virginia..might this be him TRY PUBLIC RECORDS..SEARCH RESULTS 1 - 1 of 1 match. R. L. Hildebrand, 219 21st St Oak Hill, WV 25901 Phone 304-465-0649 Also there are 45 Hildebrand families in W. Virginia that could provide a link to the where abouts of your buddy.
