Posted by Larry Coppala on 01/29/2004 11:36am Charlie Coppala was U.S. Army Airborne in WWII. He was in the 101st I think. I'm told he fought in Holland, Germany, & Italy. He was wounded several times. Also spent some time in England. He did some amateur & pro boxing. He was my Dad. I was born in 1942 just before he left. He passed away in 1983. He & Mother divorced. Any info would be appreciated. I have some photos. |
