Posted by James Smothers on 05/05/2002 2:42pm Yes! i have been there 3 times once as Provost Marshall 1965 Stayed in at the Police Station. Other times i was in the MG plt. and the other H&S 3/8 I liked it there especally in town, had friends who had cars could drive and had lots time to party on some real secluded beaches . The lady who leasedd the base for grazing rights, she said anytime you guys need or want to have steaks just kill one on the base and have at it. We did that and hung in the large cooolers on base for couple weeks and than what a party |
