He was overseas for a while, then last I knew he was headed to New York maybe. I met him through friends Terry and Donnie. This was like 4 years ago. I have been trying to find him for sometime now. So if anyone out there knows a Charles Smith from Maine maybe around 28 years old please respond to me. I have just wanted to make sure he's okay. Thanks so much and Stay Safe.
