	Posted by Kathleen Edwards on 08/23/2009 2:24am Col/Dr. Fred Plotkin was my JOOD on our first ship, the NOAA Ship SURVEYOR. He later transfered to the Army because he was accepted into medical school. He has done very well as we all knew he would. I believe he was in charge of the ER in Landstuhl(spelling is wrong, sorry) Germamy. He has 3 daughters, a wife Brenda. We have 2 sons and a granddaughter and my husband David has know him almost as long as I have. I need to know that he is OK. I also would love for the families to get together. He should have transfered bynow.
