	Posted by Virginie Block on 11/20/2012 8:27pm Hallo, ich suche meinen amerikan. Grossvater, habe aber nur seinen Namen John Eileen. Er war im 2. Wkrieg in Berlin stationiert. Er war kurze Zeit mit m Grossmtter Irene ( Lydia) Block (aus Ostberlin) zusammen . Daraus enstand m Mutter Sylvia Eileen Block 02.03.1950 (Berlin Friedrichshain geb.). Er sah sie kurz vor Ihren 3. Geb. das letzte mal, bevor er wieder nach Amerika abgezogen wurde. Es gab noch Briefkontakt ( Briefe exestieren nicht mehr) M Mutter erinnerte sich das sie ein Foto gefunden hatte wo ein Mann vor einen Pick Up mit 2 kleinen Jungs stand. Vermutlich seine Söhne. Habe bis jetzt viel probiert DRK, US Botschaft, Miltary Archiv St. Lois, Timberbrink, Bundeswehr etc. ich komme nicht weiter entweder kann man mir nicht helfen und will man mir keine Informationen geben. Ich weiss nicht weiter. Den Namen hat meine Mutter auch erst 10 Tage vor >Ihren Tod am 18.09.2012 erahren und seitdem bin ich am suchen- da ich ihr es auf dem Totenbett versprochen habe Ihn zu finden:-( Gruss

However only its name grandfather, has John Hurry I / O. It was stationed in the 2nd Wkrieg in Berlin. It was short time with m Grandmother Irene (Lydia) Block (out of East Berlin) together. From that enstand m mother Sylvia Hurry I / O block 02.03.1950 (Berlin Friedrichshain give.). It saw it shortly before your 3rd Geb. (birthday) the last once before it was drawn-off again to America. There was remembered found still had packed stood letter contact (letters existed no longer) My mother that it a photo where a man before one Up with 2 small boy. Probably his sons. Do not have until now much tried come DRK, US message, Miltary Archive in St. Louis, Timberbrink, Federal Armed Forces etc. I further either cannot help me one and wants to give me one no information. I do not know further. My mother has the name also first 10 days before> your death at the 18.09.2012 (Sept 18, 2012) and since then I am seek promised would have at that there I it it on the dead bed it to find.
