The last time I saw him was in 1989 when he left for Korea...If anyone has any info on him please contact me. I love him and miss him dearly. I would give anything to know what happened to him. |

Uppinghouse listings they are: • J Uppinghouse, 428 Willow St, Payson, IL 62360-1125 Phone 217-656-4566 • J Uppinghouse, 4506 W Elderberry Ave Spokane WA 99208-9412, Phone 509-467-3891 • J A Uppinghouse, 16265 Inverurie Rd Lake Oswego OR 97035-4113, Phone 503-635-2758 If none of the above is him. Do you know where your father was from ie: State, city etc. Or any names of his parents or siblings? If all else fails you could contact the Records Center for Military Records to obtain further information. Or if you suspect he is still in the military you could have the American Red Cross check with the Military Headquarters of the Army, Air Force, Navy or Marines and get a msg to him. Posted by Mitch Levy on 05/26/2015 6:34pm Amber, I was in the 504th PIR with Jay. We were to try out out for the Golden Knights together when I received orders to go overseas. I read a post on the Golden Knight web site that Jay was in Korea and went missing and is presumed dead. I don't know if this is true or not. We were very close friends, I am so sorry to hear this news it truly breaks my heart. |
