Posted by Keeley Anderson on 09/18/2009 8:45am hi elizabeth, just happened to see your post, if this happens to be in reference to a child that he fathered go to gitrace.org and write to the nprc fill out the form that they have online and niels zussblatt may be able to help you. tell him you are looking for information under the war babes agreement. This worked for me, however my father was stationed in England so I dont know if that has any bearing on it or not. good luck! |
