	Posted by Daphne Shepard on 09/20/2009 8:28pm I first met Joni when she had lost her house during Hurricane Fran 1996, I didnt see her again till we were at school, Coastal Carolina. In Jacksonville, NC. She was retired from Marine Corps, that was 1998. She was stationed at the Marine Corps Base in Jacksonville NC, when we met again she was taking classes at the college. Her birthday is July 2, 1971. Dark hair, it was short then but was talking about growing it out. She is really in to cats and has a tattoo of a panther (something like that) on her back. She lived in Surf City the first time we met, and then in Jacksonville, NC. She could be anywhere right now, I just want to say hi and tell her something important, maybe catch up with her life. If you may know anything that might help, I appreciate anything. There's not a day went by since I last saw her, she has not been on my mind.
