I don't know much, but here is the information I have: First name is Joseph, last name ends with 'ski', middle initial or first initial of last name is 'S'. His mother and step-father lived in The Woodlands, Texas in 1985. He may or may not be from California. It is imperative to find this man because he is my half brother's father.
