Posted by Richard Schofield on 02/19/2011 8:43pm My name is Richard (Rick) Schofield. I am an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era. I suffer from Parkinsons disease caused by my exposure to Agent Orange while I was serving at Utapao in Thailand. I was stationed there from January through December 1971. I worked as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Repairman . I was assigned to the 307th MMS. I have filed a claim with the VA for service connected disability because I have Parkinson's Disease which was caused from exposure to Agent Orange which was sprayed around the perimeter of the base. I have to prove that I was stationed at Utapao and that I worked near the perimeter by getting a notarized letter from someone I served with who remembers me and can give specific details about my service there. If you remember me or know anyone who does that would be willing to write such a letter I would really appreciate it. You can e-mail at Ricks471@... and will give you my address. Any other suggestions would be great as well. Thank You, Rick Schofield |
