	Posted by Monica Saldana on 02/20/2006 4:39am I'm looking for a long lost friend by the name of Cipriano Encinia origianlly from Amarillo, TX. He sometimes goes by Cip for short. I meet him while visiting the Marine Corp Recruiters and became good friends from then on but I have lost touch since my daughters 2nd birthday in March of '95. The last time I spoke with him he was training to be a Border Patrol officer. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with him please email me at saldana410@gmail.com I have often wondered what he is doing and hoped that he could see my daughter almost grown up. If he remembers where my mom lives in Channelview, TX he can always go by there as he did when he found out I was sick in the hospital and surprised me with a visit.
