His name is Jeffrey David Webb. He was in the Special Forces and the last address I had for him was SP4 J.D. Webb, Box 9324, COA-FS, Berlin APO, NY. My mother has tried to locate him and has had no luck. I'd love to hear from Jeff. I want to know he is okay. Jeff was tall and skinny! He had a big loving heart and a big voice. He was a disc jockey in eastern Kentucky when he and I were friends. Jeff, if you're out there, please get in touch with me. 276-395-3905. Thanks to anyone out there who may have information about Jeff.
