Here he have been in the Rhein-Main-area, in or around Frankfurt, probably Moerfelden-Walldorf. His firstname is or was Scott. Family name is unsure sounds like McKinnell, McKinney, McNeil or similar. Do you have a father, grandpa, grangrandpa, uncle or some other relative who fits to this description?
