Posted by Bryan Jefferson Macabanti on 08/25/2010 2:33pmHi, My mother is half American by ancestry (See attached photo of my mother with my sister) and She has not seen Her father ever since birth, She was told that her father left some information for Her but all of them were burned by my Grandmother, She even told my grandfather that my Mother died during her pregnancy and I would really like to meet Him one day, I have tried every search engines available online but really cannot get any usable information, I was told my Grandfather was a US navy engineer and all we know was His name and the route of the ship He was in when they were docked here in the Philippines back in the 40's to 70's. Name: Benedict or Benedick Johsnon, 1st Marine Engineer, 7th Fleet 13th Battalion Ship route was from Sangley Point and Subic Bay (Philippines) to New York, Mostly Active during 1945 to 1972 here in the Philippines.
