I was born At Orlando Naval Hospital On Nov. 17 1968. They were stationed in Tampa Florida before they left for Spain. Any information Is appreciated.The last name of my dad is Warner. |

Your birth should also be listed downtown in the local City Clerks office. You can also write to the Dept of Navy and request help. Your birth certificate should show your parents name.
