Posted by David Lawlor on 12/02/2002 8:30pm Have you checked the Social Security Death Index ! http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi There are 16 listings with the same first, middle initial and last name, with date of birth and dod. There are no listings of your Dad's name in Alabama. If you look up the site I sent to you above and' satisfy yourself that none of the 16 listings is your Dad let me know and I will be happy to try another source.
