	Posted by Cristina Anderson on 01/15/2006 9:45pm John Beckman was station in Fort Clayton, Panama in the 1970's He was then transfered to Fort Jackson in 1971 or 1972, where he was to be discharged. While in Panama he was dealing with a woman by the name of Noemi"Mimi"Atencio and in 1972 she gave birth to their child. My brother James would love to meet his biological father. John wrote a letter to my mother that same year stating that he was saving up money to send for her and the baby but letter was lost along with all communication.. John was, we believe from Des Moines, Iowa and has 2 sisters... If you know of him or have any info please contact me.. My brother is serving in the Air Force and is in Iraq right now... this info would make him very happy.. Thanks
