A Kuma Kop would typically be a Military Policeman stationed at 12th ASAFS, Chitose, Japan. The name comes from the base name of Kuma Station, and Military Police, thus the Kuma Kops. If you know an MP who was stationed in Chitose, please let me know. Thanks, Mack R.
