Back then he was an E-5, but I'm sure he got promoted and maybe even again, knowing him. I haven't seen or heard from him since 1990 and would like to get in touch with him. He has a twin brother who also served, but I never met him. If anyone knows anything about him, please let him know that his old friend PFC. John Dickey is looking for him. Thanks
