We have been told that his name was either Michael Smith or Joseph or maybe those are first and middle. My fiances name is Rodney Keith Mills. We call him Keith. His mothers name is Peggy Mills and was ther caring for her mother who was dying of cancer. Any info would be greatly appreciated as Keith feels as though a piece of him is missing and has no hard feelings. Thanks to anyone who may have heard of him or knows him.
