Posted by Michael (Mike) Fleming on 01/09/2002 1:06am I was at Morbach in 1966 and 1967. I do not have any pictures bu tit is good to hear from people, who were at Morbach. I was the communications person and the comm center was in the Headquarters building. I remember two Germans, Mr. Michel and Ozzie ____. They were in charge of the civilians that worked there. I am sure they were gone by the time you were there in the 80's. Is Morbach still active? I believe that Hahn AB is closed. I was actually assigned to Hahn, but worked at "the bomb dump". |
