He was a sargent in the Army, lived on based in Texas around 1982, he was around 26 years old at the time and he was married to an Abigail Garcia and they had two little girls. Ricky was friends with Mariam Salgado, who I am also trying to locate. It is very important that I find Ricky Garcia. I have tried the National Archieves and I need a birthdate or SSN, which I don't have. I have sent letters to hundreds of Ricky Garcias, but have yet to find the right one.
