Posted by David Lawlor on 05/27/2008 9:52pm If you contact the American Red Cross they will find out where he is stationed and forward an letter from you. They cannot give you his base assignment, but can find him and have him notified that you are searching for him or you can have the Red Cross notify his commanding officer to have him contact you.
