I am Barrister Abraham Kodjo Martins, a Legal Practitioner and Head of Chambers, of an accredited Law Firm . I got your contact through a Global Network and I decided to communicate with you in a good manner. I am writing you this message in regards to a deceased client Late Mr. Bill A. Talib, who died alongside of his family (wife and daughter) during the Tsunami natural disaster while on vacation in Thailand. My late client lived part of his life here in Togo and I have been his attorney for over 15 years. I solicit for your kind attention to assist me reclaim the estate of my late client worth of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars which he deposited with one of the leading banks here in Togo. It was this same bank that invited me as his personal attorney here in Togo and mandated me to provide the beneficiary to the outsanding funds so that they will release and pay the funds to him/her. I can not do this alone without the help of a Foreigner who will act as a partner/relative to my late client and legitimate beneficiary to the fund. As the attorney to the deceased, the onus of proof to establish your relationship with my client rest on me and to achieve this objective, there are judicial process involved which I will brief you on subsequent correspondence if you indicate interest. I am not pursuing this claim for the monetary gain but a duty I owe to my late client as I intend to use part of the funds to establish a Charity Foundation or Children Hospital in his name, notwithstanding you will be adequately rewarded for your assistance in this endeavour.
