Posted by lori p on 01/26/2011 11:05pm people please be careful who you chat with online dating sites.I chatted with a guy said he was in the army stationed in iraq he was a romance scammer,he scanned me out of alot of money.His name is Jeff Chrissani he said he from lancaster,ohio it was all lies.he never been in the military.he from some other country.big big scammer.i had him checked out he never lived in lancaster,ohio or wisconsin like he said.so please ladies be careful.I reported him to the army for impersonating as someone in the military .he was stole someone military picture posing as him. |

Posted by pamella cunningham on 02/01/2011 6:23am Dear Lori-It may have been an expensive way to learn but the best thing to do is arm yourself with information now so it doesn't happen again. Read all the info you can at Romancescams.org and unfortunately, you are not the only one ever taken advantage of by evil people like this. I have caught many fake profiles/scammers on various social/dating sites and they will play on your emotions and seem so real...and some will still insist they are the "real deal" even after busted. It makes it harder to weed out the good from the bad-but Lori, anyone stranger asking for goods, services, money...even after you think you know them after a while on the Internet...well, it's very risky! Be careful out there-not everyone plays by the same set of rules as others do.-Pamella |
