Here he have been in the Rhein-Main-area, around Frankfurt, maybe Moerfelden-Walldorf . His firstname is or was Scott. Family name is unsure, sounds like McKinnell, McKinney, McConnell, McKinley, McNeil or close to this. Do you have a father, grandpa, grangrandpa, uncle or some other relatives who fits to this description? That´s unfortunately all information I have. Any kind of help is much aprreciated.
