I think that he was a mechanic in the airforce. I do have his dog tags with numbers on them. He married my mother Joy Londrie of Iowa. If anyone has information as to where he may live please contact me. Your help is greatly appreciated. |

Posted by David Lawlor on 12/21/2002 2:26pm Hi, Saw your posting. I ran a trace on your father. No listings with his name as LeRoy E. Ireland anywhere in the USA or under L. E. Ireland. Can you tell me his date of birth as there are several LeRoy Irelands listed on the Social Security Death Index listings. Also, have you tried contacting the Air Force Records in St Louis, Mo it is as follows: Discharged and deceased members National Personnel Records Center (Military Personnel Records) 9700 Page Boulevard St. Louis, MO 83132 If you do have his date of birth, and you would like to send to me, I will look it up in the Social Security Death Index.
