	Posted by Paula Franklin on 12/26/2005 9:25pm Stationed at Fort Jackson with the Headquarters Battery of the 8th Motorized Division Artillery in 1942, he later fought in the European theatre and was in the beach landing at Normandy on D-Day. I am looking for anyone that knew him or was a special friend. I do not have names but do have a few photos, would like to put names with them and possibly get some info about my father.
