Posted by Robin Hill on 04/21/2006 7:24pm My biological father was stationed at Dover AFB between 1964 and 1969 (this is an estimate), I don't know what area he worked in but my mother told me he was a Sergeant. I don't have a full name. Nickname was JJ, sometimes called King Fish. Last name is believed to be Jones and first name is possibly John or James. He was a heavy set, 5' 7" tall African American male, with light brown eyes and medium brown complexion and was known to wear sunglasses year round and occasionally a base ball cap or some sort of hat. My mother's name was Viola Sams sometimes called Vi or Violet. I am hoping you remember a person that fits this description and could provide me with his full name. My mother now deceased had four other sisters Mae, Rebecca, Ann and Elizabeth. I am not trying to find him to bother him with anything other then his name. My birth certificate currently has UNKNOWN and since having my two boys, I would like to update my birth certificate with my biological father’s name. Thanks. Robin |
