Posted by Betty Victoria on 07/10/2002 5:52am seeking military background information on my father for our family tree. his name is Melvin Leroy Snyder. He was an aircraft electrical systems mechanic who completed his 40th year of federal service in 1983/84 and in recognition of his long service, Brig. Gen. Lee V. Greer, vice commander of Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, presented him with a certificate and pin. He was employed in the 135 Programmed Depot Maintenance Unit. If anyone has any information please let me know or if anyone knows him, I would love to communicate with you. Thank You, Betty |
