After retiring from active duty I went to work for Boeing Military Airplane Co.
After retiring from Boeing I started the Victor Valley African American |Chamber of Commerce
I am also on the founding board of directors for the California Black Chamber of Commerce.
I'm now CPT Robert R. Gaines Sr. the Southern Region Adjutant for the California Cadet Corps program.
I'm also on the Mental health commission for the county. So life does continue after retirement.
