Cheryl Council (Civilian)
Gender: Female
Hometown: White Oak, NC, North Carolina
Military Status: Veteran
About Me:
In April 1994, I moved back to North Carolina close to parents. My Dad was sick at the time. I have since remarred to James P. Rankin, who also retired from the Air Force (1991). We live in a rural area where I was born and raised. I was the major caretaker for my Mom and Dad until they passed away. I did not return to work outside the home, busy though with my animals and volunteer work. I have learned to quilt by hand and machine. I have two stepsons, both are married living in Texas and Alsska. Two grandsons and expecting one this fall.
I retired in October 1993 from the Air Force.
