I still write, do some graphic design, I sell books online, a bit of Ebay selling and love to travel (only road trips now)
My health has been stable over the past 3 years. From 2003 to 2005, I had five emergency surgeries for kidney problems related to chemical exposure (and depleted uranium exposure)in Puerto Rico.
I mostly spend time at home. I have 2 small dogs.
They've been rescue adoptions.
I've been medically retired since 1987. I live in Oklahoma. My son Jereme is 22 years old. I finished three college degrees (10 years ago)I re-married in 2004. My last name changed from Nichols to Frost.
My husband is also a disabled Navy veteran.
