Sept 30th - back (disc) surgery. Much better, but still recovering.
Well, our good dog, Jasper, (pictured in the photo), passed away on Tuesday, March 27th. He brought such joy to our lives - we will truly miss our little buddy. He's buried at the farm, on a hill overlooking the bottom ground, near the site of our future home.
Administrative Officer most of 20 years;
Retired, got married, living the good life out in the country; gone back to work as an admin, helping to pay for the farm we are buying. Started masters' course Summer 2009 - oh joy!
Update, Dec 16, 2011: Tomorrow is the Honors Convocation and Commencement Ceremony. I graduate with a Master's in Public Administration, with a 4.0 GPA, and a Kappa Phi member. It's been a tough 30 months, but I am very proud to have done it, and done it so well. Now, if I can just get a job that pays a little better!
May, 2011: Working on my internship and then just 2 more classes - and finally I will have a master's degree. Now if I can only find a great job.

Turkeys as well as deer! Good shooting! Retiring for good 25 sep. Looking forward to spending more time with twin grandchildren (boy & gir l2.5 Yrs.) in Raleigh. Hope life is delivering all expected. Our association remains a highlight. Amazing what the internet can do.
