Active AF 15 yrs, Reserve 7 years. Retired 1997. Worked for IT firm as a programmer, manager and Director for 27 years, then did some consulting. Left Maryland in 2004 to retire in NC with my wife Sharon and Weimaraner dog, Jasper We lost Jasper this mast March (2009) - it was devastating. One week ago (Aug 2009) we rescued a lost 5-year old Weimaraner, Gretel. No replacement for Jasper - but a wonderful dog who has won our hearts.

Back in school now for Computer Security degree - just because. Still do security consulting and computer forensics work occasionally - the money's good and keeps us in quality beer and wine.

I raced triathlons at the World Class level for over 20 years (3-time Ironman - Hawaii with a best of 10:27). I still train and have taken up golf again - after a 30 year layoff.

Daughter Kristen married Aug 31, 2008. She lives in Redondo Beach, CA with husband Ron. Grandchildren on the horizon.

Originally from Westbury, Long Island - NY. Attended WT Clarke HS before joining the USAF in Jan 1960.

Corvette freak for many years - but have settled into a very nice 2002 BMW 530i. I plan to take her to 200K as I did my 328i.

Also have Private Pilot's License (sold plane for a house). Some aerobatics - then expense got to be too much. Spent several years as a boat owner with lots of time on the water. Sold boat in 2007 because we couldn't justify the expense anymore. I maintain a few boats for folks who live out of state - and have use of them. Much cheaper that way.
