Well first off when I went in to the Army. My name was not Karen Whaley.. Back in Basic Training at FT.DIX NJ and FT Belvior, VA.. I was Karen Shryer. In March of 1987 I because Karen Logan.. and Then in Aug of 95 I took on my current name Karen Whaley.. I'm a mother of 4 grown children. Two that have proudly served in the US Navy.. only one is still currently active.. And two loving grandchildren.. A girl 10 and a boy 8.. Of which I live with, help raise and homeschool them.. This is a brief of me.. I can tell you the Army help me more then I could have every imaged. and I love to talk to my old buddies and make new ones.. I'm single and loving life
