About Me:
I have been divorced for some 16 years, had no children (but love them). I have 6 Nices and Nephews and have 6 Great Nieces and Nephews. I love the history of the Civil War (have even done some reenacting) and collecting Coca-Cola memoribilia.
I also enjoy dogs especially minature schnauzers.
I am the Genealogist/Volunteer Coordinator for The State of Iowa Commission of Veterans Affairs located at 7700 N.W. Beaver Drive Camp Dodge Johnston, Iowa 50131-1902.

I have for the past twenty-five (25) months been working within the state of Iowa as the Vice Chairman of the Iowa Battleflag Preservation Committee and the Iowa Battleflag Advisory Committee, to preserve the original 550 or so flag's belonging to the state dateing from the Civil War through World War I. Progress through the State of Iowa Legislature has been rewarding with funds to start the project being appropriated.
