I HAVE BEEN RETIRED FROM THE UNITED STATES NAVAL RESERVE SINCE 1994. I WORK FULLTIME FOR THE ALLENTOWN HEALTH BUREAU AS A COMMUNITY HEALTH SPECIALIST IN THE COMMUNICABLE DISEASE DEPARTMENT OF HIV/AIDS FOR THE PAST 11 YEARS.
