I retired from the U.S. Army 1 May 1990 with 30 years 2 months and 21 days. I have worked as a DA Civilian since 1 May 1990...I am a GS-12, Chief, Personnel Actions Branch, 1st Personnel Command, Schwetzingen, Germany. I retire (2nd Time) in 2002.
