About Me:
The big thing is our Granddaughters. the oldest started Law School this past September at Rutgers. The next is working for a Law firm using her computer skills and the youngest is a junior at Fairleigh Dickenson. Our Son is with UNICEF abd is now in New Delhi, India. He is charge of procurement for all of India and the big project is the eridacation of Polio. They are making very good progress. Five years ago they had 35000 cases of polio, two years ago it was down to 5,000, last year 1,000 and by June of this year they had 50. They have 95% of the country covered but the last 5% is going to be most diffficult because the areas are almost impossible to get into. But he is confident that they can do it.
This computer is my most recent hobby and am enjoying the Internet.
Continue to enjoy retirement for the 19th year. Health is reasonably good and my wife and I looking forward to a trip to England and France next May. If everything goes OK, plan to go back to Normandy for our first visit since 44 when we made numerous visits on LST 371.
