Served in the U. S. Navy from Oct 1965 to Aug 1971...attained the rank of E=6...Personnelman First Class......Served on USS Yellowstone from Dec 1965 to June 1967....USS Valcour AGF 1...Bahrain Island, Persian Gulf...July 1967 to approx July 29, 1967 (long story)...med Evac'd to Landstuhl, Germany...2nd General Hospial..U. S. Army...for 69 days or until late Oct 1967...transferred to Naples, Italy until approx Jan 1968...then to C School, San Diego, Calif for approx 12 weeks...then to Naval Station, WASHDC until April 191970...then to Seattle, Wash until discharge in Aug 1971.....a great career!!!!!!..thanks for reading....Marvin
