I have been married to Gail Cookingham for nearly 35 years and have two children-a daugheter (Courtney-25 years old & Anthony-23 years old) I work for Verizon as a Senior Administrative Assistance. (Worked for NY Tel, NYNEX, Bell Atlantic for 28 1/2 years. I am active in The Poughkeepsie Reformed church work and Pleasant Valley Boy Scout Troop 33. I am trying to organize a reunion for my old Air Force Units, 3918th Air Base/Transportation Squadrons/Transportation Barracks & Heyford Minutemen Drill Team, RAF Station Upper Heyford, England. Years 1959-1963. I am also helping a women named Michele Glaze from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada find her birth father who temporarily served at the Val d'Or, Quebec, Canada in the Spring of 1965. All she has to go on is his first name, "Gary" or "Garry." This is a real challenge!! Even more than my challenge of organizing my reunion.
I put two hitches in the Air Force. (1959-1967) Serving at RAF Station Upper Heyford, England, Suffolk AFB, NY and Stewart AFB, NY.
