Most importantly, the name of the passenger who witnessed the accident first hand. I am at a deadloc as his passenger was physcially uninjured and released soon afterwards on a medical, then discharged on a mental condition "PTSD" Sad to say, he then commited suicide months later. I only wish to learn his name so I can cantact his mother/family members to ask what else they know.
