I was a dedicated military wife for 22 years and 18 moves, married to a career Army officer for 27 years, divorced in 1999. I have two grown daughters, Polly, 32 and a graduate of William and Mary, who lives in Williamsburg and is a business analyst for Ferguson Enterprises and mother of my eight year old grandson, Jordan. Amy, 29 and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, lives in Chicago and is currently a flight attendant for United Airlines.
I graduated from William and Mary, was a classically trained pianist, an educator and a community volunteer as well as a devoted, supportive Army wife. My most important job was raising two lovely, intelligent daughters. I am retired now and enjoying being a grandmother.
